1. Refunds & Returns:
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged upon delivery.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
A 360° unboxing video (showing the parcel unopened and item clearly) is required as proof of damage.
The video should be sent to our customer support team via email within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that customised or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is found to be defective.
Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
