RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewellery. Each piece is carefully checked before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

1. Refunds & Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged upon delivery.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • 360° unboxing video (showing the parcel unopened and item clearly) is required as proof of damage.

  • The video should be sent to our customer support team via WhatsApp(90258 03880) within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If damage is confirmed through the unboxing video, we will arrange for pickup of the product.

  • Once the item is received and verified by our quality team, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Please note that customised or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is found to be defective.

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed.

  • Please review your cart carefully before placing an order.
